About the Service

PermitLogic AI provides an AI-powered mobile application that helps homeowners and contractors understand building codes, permit requirements, and construction compliance. The Service includes conversations with Sully (our AI assistant), project tracking, local code search, site plan generation, and the Sully Stamp Audit report.

Not professional advice

PermitLogic AI is an informational tool, not a licensed professional service. The information provided by Sully and the Sully Stamp Audit is:

• Not a substitute for advice from a licensed engineer, architect, contractor, or attorney
• Not an official permit approval or code compliance determination
• Not a guarantee that your project will pass inspection
• Based on publicly available code information that may not reflect the most current local amendments

Always verify permit requirements with your local building department before starting any construction project.

Sully Stamp Audit

The Sully Stamp Audit is an AI-generated compliance summary based on information you provide and publicly available code documents. It is provided for informational purposes only. Purchase of the Sully Stamp Audit does not constitute professional engineering review, official plan review, or permit approval.

All Sully Stamp Audit purchases are final. Refunds may be requested within 24 hours of purchase if the report was not generated due to a technical error.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce the Service
• Use automated means to access or scrape the Service
• Submit false or misleading information that could result in inaccurate reports
• Resell or redistribute Sully Stamp Audit reports without permission

Intellectual property

The PermitLogic AI name, Sully character, app design, and all content generated by our Service are owned by PermitLogic AI. Sully Stamp Audit reports generated for your specific project are licensed to you for personal use. You may share your own reports but may not sell or redistribute them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PermitLogic AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to failed inspections, stop-work orders, fines, or project delays.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information provided will be accurate, complete, or current.

Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
